CHICAGO, IL - November 16, 2010 - The Center for Real Estate Finance (CREF) at the Cornell School of Hotel Administration welcomes Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels as a new member of the Industry Fellows program. The company is comprised of more than 200 hotel specialists, operating from 36 offices in 19 countries whose expertise ranges from hotel investment sales, valuations, and financing to strategic advisory, hotel asset management, operator selection and industry research.

"Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels has a long-standing tradition of supporting the School of Hotel Administration," said Jan deRoos, HVS Professor of Hotel Finance and Real Estate and executive director of CREF. "As a CREF Industry Fellow, the firm will build on this tradition by providing research expertise and database statistics that will help our faculty pinpoint the pricing and investment valuations in hospitality real estate."
