FCS Announces Key Executive Hires and Promotions

November 22, 2010 - FCS has begun a transformation by welcoming a new leader and creating a new Executive Team consisting of the following:

Blake Rampmaier , Acting Chief Executive Officer: Mr. Rampmaier brings with him over 17 years experience within the hospitality industry working for organizations such as Marriott International, Hilton Hotels Corporation corporate office, Las Vegas Sands (VML), multiple integrated resort projects, and involvement in casino/hotel/resort acquisitions. Mr. Rampmaier brings a true customer perspective and understanding to FCS and seeks to champion those ideals directly from within the organization.

As Acting Chief Executive Officer of FCS, Mr. Rampmaier leads a worldwide executive team responsible for all facets of the company's global operations including corporate and product strategy, product development and innovation, worldwide sales, and daily operations.

Akina Ho , VP of Strategy & Business Development: Ms. Ho rejoins FCS managing Direct Sales, Channels, Pre-Sales, Major Accounts, Strategic Alliances, Marketing, and Product Management worldwide. Ms. Ho has over 14 years of sales and business development experience across various Industries including Finance, Real Estate, Food & Beverage, Home Appliances, and IT solutions with a proven track record in expanding sales revenue, opening new markets, and managing innovative product development. Ms. Ho drives and help creates new FCS solutions and services to all major hotels, resorts, and the gaming industry.

Alex Wong , VP of Software Development - Open Platform Technologies: Mr. Wong has joined FCS to oversee the architecture and product development of new solutions using open platform technologies. He also manages the deployment and operation of FCS's SaaS- base e-Solution product suite. Mr. Wong is a Silicon Valley veteran with over 12 years of software development experience. Prior to joining FCS, Alex was the technical architect at BlueNet Technology LTD responsible for designing and managing platform infrastructure and development. He has also held senior development positions at Oracle and eBay in Silicon Valley before relocating back to Hong Kong in 2006.

Rounding out the new Executive Team are internal promotions for the following:

Moo Chii Der , VP of Software Development - Interface & Mobility Technologies. Mr. Moo manages a team of software engineers working to enhance existing systems as well as developing new mobility solutions such as i-Guest. He has more than 20 years of software development and product management in the hospitality, telecommunication, banking and government sectors; specializing in real time interface and billing systems. Hoo Chong Kee, VP of Software Development - UMS & Windows® Applications. Mr. Hoo is responsible for enhancing and expanding the existing FCS product line as well as managing OEM product development, software support, and product interface design. He has been the core system architect developer of the renowned FCS Guest Service and Inter-Department Work Order System, e-Connect.

Mimi Kam , VP of Operations. Mrs. Kam oversees global FCS operations, which includes customer/product training, customer care, support/helpdesk, project management, product quality assurance, professional engineering, and outsourced services. She has over 21 years of collective experience in hospitality, software system support, and installation operations.
