ORLANDO, FL, January 25, 2007. Sage Resort Orlando and Turkey Lake Partners - RYZE Developments, LLC, and Forbes Hamilton Hotels Management Company is pleased to announce the development-launch, and the Forbes Hamilton management role with The Sage Resort Orlando, a new Orlando based Condominium-Hotel Resort.

As Forbes Hamilton Management Company is by design a small "hands on" management company. The Forbes Hamilton team will begin to formalize marketing plans and budgets as well as begin to select on-site staff for the Sage Resort Orlando. In addition, their services will involve implementation of Guest Service standards to deliver the highest level of hospitality and the implementation of "State of the Art" systems providing owners and management with timely information to make timely decisions. Once the on-site team is in place, the Forbes Hamilton team of corporate professionals will support and monitor their efforts. To ensure the projects success, the Forbes Hamilton team members will also support all on-property Sales & Marketing, Operations and Accounting personnel.
