Aimbridge Hospitality Announces Two New Staff Members
DALLAS, Texas - July 18, 2011 - Aimbridge Hospitality, a hotel and real estate management company based in Dallas, announced two additions to the company's staff. Anne Binns is the Vice President of Human Resources and Ron Phifer is the new Regional Director of Sales and Marketing.
Prior to joining Aimbridge, Binns was the Vice President of Human Resources for Remington Hotels in Dallas for seven years, where she increased the support and training of the Human Resources departments at 67 hotels across the United States. Binns brings with her more than 20 years of experience in human resources and the hospitality industry, including extensive work with Accor North America and Motels of America. Anne holds degrees in Business Management and a Master's of Science in Counseling from Lady of the Lakes University in San Antonio, Texas. She is also a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.
In her new position as Vice President of Human Resources for Aimbridge, Binns is responsible for the human resources strategy, which includes leadership development, recruiting, legal compliance and building a culture committed to excellence.
Ron Phifer has more than 12 years of experience in the sales industry. His success can be seen in various industry sectors, most notably as a Strategic Account Executive with the Dallas Morning News. In his role, he directed overall sales efforts for the the top 100 strategic accounts. Phifer was also instrumental in launching sales and marketing initiatives of Briefing, FD!Luxe Magazine, Quick and dallasnews.com. Ron graduated from Barry University with a double major in Public Relations and Business Administration.
As the new Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at Aimbridge, Phifer provides strategic direction for sales and marketing efforts for select properties within the Aimbridge portolio. His in-depth industry knowledge, sales skills and people skills are instrumental in building loyal relationships with customers and team members.
