Buyers plan to improve the hotel to a Best Western Plus
February 16, 2012 - Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc., member of Hotel Brokers International (HBI) has structured the sale of the Best Western Envoy Inn & Suites in Louisville, Kentucky. The buyers, from Louisville, are currently involved in several other hospitality properties. The buyers plan to improve the hotel to a Best Western Plus and expect to spend over $200,000 on renovations.
