Intercontinental Dallas Announces Three New Hires
July 13, 2012 - InterContinental Dallas, the city's thriving convention and lifestyle hotel, is proud to announce three new hires to its management team. Michael Tijerina joins the hotel as the E-Commerce Manager, while Massimilliano Puglisi has been appointed the Director of Rooms and Camille Greco-Jager is the new Director of Romance.
Michael Tijerina comes to the InterContinental Dallas from the W Hotel, where he worked closely with hotel staff and guests to ensure exceptional service. During his time at the W, he created room and spa packages to maximize revenue and assisted the hotel in hitting sales projections. This experience will support Michael in driving the InterContinental Dallas E-Commerce platforms, including developing and coordinating hotel systems through the website and executing social media strategy.
As Director of Rooms, Massimilliano Puglisi is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction across all facets of their stay, including managing guest registration, concierge services and the business center. Prior to joining the InterContinental Dallas, Massimilliano was Director of the Rooms Division at the Harbor Court Intercontinental in Baltimore, MD. Before that, he worked in hotels from Spain to New York to Arizona, picking up the invaluable customer-service and hotel operations experience that he's bringing to his new role at the InterContinental Dallas.
In Camille Greco-Jager's new role, she'll oversee client functions to ensure customer satisfaction and develop direct sales business to maximize hotel profitability. Prior to joining the InterContinental Dallas, Camille worked as a catering sales manager and coordinated large banquet events. Before that, she was a senior convention services manager and group sales representative for convention center clients.
