Denver's Oxford & Curtis Hotels Named Best Business Hotels by Conde Nast Traveler

. October 01, 2012

October 1, 2012 - Denver-based Sage Hospitality is pleased to announce that The Oxford Hotel and the Curtis - a Doubletree by Hilton were named two of Denver's “Best Hotels for Business Travelers” by Conde Nast Traveler in their fifteenth annual Business Travel Awards.

The Curtis and The Oxford were two of only three Denver hotels to be featured for their high-scoring business facilities and services.

At the 336-room Curtis, Denver's only pop-culture themed hotel, Conde Nast Traveler readers loved the "various themed floors" and "fun, friendly atmosphere" that "brings back childhood memories." They also appreciated that the Curtis - which features 20,805 square feet of meeting space - offers meeting rooms named after childhood games like Duck Duck Goose and unique team-building activities, including Guitar Hero sessions.

The Oxford, Denver's only independent boutique hotel, is described as "a wonderful older hotel with lots of charm" that "offers a nice feeling of warmth and hospitality." Each of the hotel's 80 rooms are individually decorated and are “interesting, not carbon copies” with claw-foot bathtubs, Chinese silk curtains and antiques. Originally opened in 1891, The Oxford features 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting space and is home to the Cruise Room, Denver's iconic martini bar, and the full-service Oxford Club, Spa & Salon.

The survey results are featured in the October issue of Conde Nast Traveler on newsstands now.
