ORLANDO, FL, February 28, 2007. EZ Yield.com is pleased to announce that Kim Stephenson, the former Director of Internet Sales and Central Reservations for Rosen Hotels and Resorts, recently joined EZ Yield.com as Corporate Director of Operations. Kim brings 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry to EZ Yield.

She has a vast knowledge of accounting, sales, reservations, operations and technology. She spent half of the past 10 years with the IT Department as an application support specialist and Project Manager which led to her most recent position as the Corporate Director of Internet Sales.

As the Project Manager, her responsibilities included developing and sending RFP's, setting up focus groups, performing comparative cost analysis, contracting, deployment & training. It was in this role, researching website booking engines and the relationships with travel related websites, that Kim was introduced to the EZ Yield system. She immediately saw the inherent value of the EZ Yield system in terms of increased revenue and efficiency and became one of EZ Yield's first clients.

Kim constantly sought out innovative ways to take advantage of existing tools and continued to look for new ways to streamline and automate processes through online connectivity. Under her direction, the centralized reservations and e-Commerce department for 7 hotels with over 6,000 rooms, steadily increased its share of third party providers allowing the team to become an integral part of the overall sales effort for the Rosen Hotel group.

"Kim Stephenson brings a new way of thinking and direction to EZ Yield's operations, and will be integral in our expansion in the coming years", says Ed St.Onge, President and Co-Founder of EZ Yield.com Inc. Kim's plans for her new role include taking EZ Yield's already superior customer service to an even higher level through increased employee training and incentive programs. Additionally, she will be bringing valuable insight and expertise on what features would best benefit the end user at the hotel level. She intends to drive increased sales growth through stepped-up advertising, marketing and referral campaigns.
