. October 14, 2008

SOUTHLAKE, TX, March 6, 2007. SynXis, the Sabre Holdings (NYSE:TSG) business that provides hotel reservation management, distribution and technology services globally, held their second annual Customer Forum in Las Vegas at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. In just its second year, attendance doubled at this event where SynXis shared their strategy and vision for the upcoming year and recognized their customers for outstanding performance with the SynXis Achievement Awards.

Winners included:

---| Best in Class, Voice Services - Sonesta Hotels & Resorts, Coconut Grove, FL

---| Best Application of Booking Engine - Individual Property: Wilshire Grand Hotel, Los Angeles; Chain: Mandarin Oriental

---| Technology Partner of the Year - The Peninsula Hotels

---| Partnership for Growth - Dolce International

Over 100 customers and a dozen prospective customers gathered for 2 days to learn about new products and services being offered by SynXis; and in keeping with the forum's theme, "Get Yourself a Full House" attendees chose from a variety of educational sessions that offered practical advice on how to gain more business via different distribution channels. These sessions were highlighted by SynXis customers sharing their own success stories and presenting real-life case studies to their peers. Another popular part of the event was the Vendor Showcase where customers met with over 20 companies, including all four GDSs and several IDSs, which work in partnership with SynXis to help drive distribution for their properties.

Other highlights include: a lively keynote address from Peter Yesawich, from YPB&R, who presented the results of the 2007 National Travel MonitorTM survey that gave everyone a unique look into today's travel buyers' habits and preferences; and a Travel Agency Panel that gave attendees insight into travel agency distribution and how their roles in the industry have evolved while answering many questions from the audience.

"The SynXis Customer Forum was extremely useful to me and I was impressed with the content that was provided," said Michael Grossman, Senior Corporate Director, Global Distribution for Dolce International. "Not only did I learn a lot but the opportunity to network with my peers and meet the SynXis team was invaluable."

"Customer communication is critical to our success and this Forum is the ideal way for us to exchange information with our users," said Scott Alvis, President and General Manager for SynXis. "It was great to see so many of our customers from all over the world gathered in one place and to learn about their distribution needs and goals. Their feedback will help us focus our efforts on what the marketplace really demands from their distribution partner."
