Four Seasons Maui Announces Opening of DUO Steak and Seafood Restaurant
MARCH, 9, 2007. Thomas Steinhauer, regional vice president and general manager of Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea, has announced the opening of DUO, a new premium steak and seafood restaurant launching at the property on March 17, 2007. DUO will feature perfectly aged, prime cuts of beef and the freshest of seafood and island produce served in a luxurious poolside garden setting. To complement the robust menu, DUO will showcase a distinctive collection of international vintages from its wine bar, which can be offered by the glass to guests. Appointing the restaurant's elegant and sleek interiors, Steinhauer has selected San Francisco based interior design firm, Brayton Hughes Design Studios for their vast experience in corporate, hospitality, commercial and residential design.
