Distinctive Hospitality Group Acquires 182-Room Hilton Mystic in Connecticut
Mystic, CT - March 31, 2014 - Distinctive Hospitality Group (DHG)today announced that they have acquired the 182-room Hilton Mystic hotel located at 20 Coogan Boulevard in Mystic, Connecticut.
DHG is a privately held, integrated hotel ownership and management company based in Natick, MA, The company's portfolio includes The VERVE - Crowne Plaza Hotel in Natick, MA and its two restaurants, Pantry and Violet Thorn; Hampton Inn Executive Conference Center Boston-Natick in Natick, MA; Holiday Inn Boston-Bunker Hill in Somerville, MA; SKYBOKX 109 GastroSports restaurant in Natick, MA, and the Madison Beach Hotel, a beachfront boutique resort and its restaurant The Wharf, located in Madison, CT, both which opened in 2012.
According to Lou Carrier, President of DHG, a transformative renovation of the property will be undertaken in the near future. "We intend on the Hilton Mystic being the social epicenter of Mystic and representative of the spectacular culture and energy of this region.
