DePalma Hotels & Resorts Selected to Manage Two Holiday Inn Express Hotels in Dallas-Fort Worth Area
The 91-room Holiday Inn Express Fort Worth Southwest and the 92-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Denton-UNT-TWU
Arlington, TX. - June 10, 2015. Arlington, Texas based DePalma Hotels & Resorts announced today that Angel Hospitality, LLC and its subsidiaries have contracted with DePalma for management of two Intercontinental Hotel Group affiliated hotels in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex.
Located just south of Fort Worth, the Holiday Inn Express Fort Worth Southwest was extensively renovated in 2010 as part of its brand conversion and offers 91 guest rooms. The property is easily accessible to Interstate-20 and is minutes to Texas Christian University, the Fort Worth Zoo, and a multitude of restaurants and shopping.
Situated minutes away from the University of North Texas and Texas Women's University, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Denton-UNT-TWU was also added to the DePalma managed portfolio. The hotels 92 guestrooms offer a mix of traditional guestrooms and suites. An oversized fitness facility offering Precor equipment is complimented by an indoor pool.
