HREC Arranges Sale of Days Inn
DENVER, CO and CHICAGO, IL. July 16, 2015 - HREC Investment Advisors is pleased to announce it has arranged the sale of the 63-guestroom Days Inn located in Plainfield, Indiana on behalf of Northpointe Hospitality. Shree Ram Hospitality, an Indiana based company was the purchaser.
Tom Sommer, Vice President based out of the HREC Chicago office, exclusively represented the seller during the transaction.
“The Plainfield market has enjoyed a steady rebound since the recession and continues to capture Indianapolis Airport traveler business following the relocation of the entrance and concourse. The new Days Inn owner will continue to capitalize on the market's trend with capital upgrades and a refresh,” stated Sommer.
The Days Inn benefits directly from the ideal highway location as well as close proximity to Indianapolis International Airport. Strategically located within one half mile of exit 66 at Interstate 70, the Hotel is proximate to the surrounding area's primary corporate demand generators as well as leisure attractions such as the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Lucas Oil Raceway Park, and the Indianapolis Zoo.
