AUSTIN, TX. February 25, 2016 - Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP®), producers of HITEC, has announced that attendee registration and the housing bureau for the 2016 Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference (HITEC®) are now available online. HITEC is the world's largest hospitality technology exposition and conference. This year's event will be held at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, La. USA from June 20-23.

“HITEC 2016 will once again be a great showcase of the hospitality technology industry,” said Frank Wolfe, CAE, CEO of HFTP. “The program features a variety of events that will demonstrate the newest technologies to the tried-and-true - giving attendees a wide view of what the industry offers.”

HITEC 2016 offers attendees essential education on the industry's leading topics, access to world-renowned experts and hundreds of hospitality technology vendors, networking opportunities with peers from around the globe and countless resources. This year's top trends were identified by the HITEC Advisory Council and create the basis for the conference's Super Sessions, concurrent sessions and the HITEC Special Report, distributed exclusively at HITEC. HITEC's well-attended Tech Talks will also be back this year on the exhibit show floor and allow speakers to present on a topic of their choice for 15 minutes in an intimate setting.

Back by popular demand after an overwhelmingly successful inaugural event, Entrepreneur20X will be back to showcase innovative start-ups in a hospitality pitch competition. Hospitality, technology and finance experts will judge which start-ups represent the most transformative offering for the industry.

Attendees and exhibitors will enjoy New Orleans's rich history and culture while visiting the city for this year's HITEC. New Orleans is an award-winning city complete with world class convention facilities, one of a kind cuisine and a walkable downtown area.
