Cicero's Development Corp., a general contractor specializing in the hospitality sector, has been selected to renovate the Sleep Inn & Suites West Medical Center hotel in Amarillo, TX. Cicero's will apply Sleep Inn's architecturally compelling, modern Designed To Dream® Property Improvement Plan (PIP) to the hotel's 65 guest rooms and suites, as well as to its expansive corridors, pool area, lobby and fitness center. Cicero's is slated to launch the Amarillo renovation project in mid-September on a compressed timeline with the goal to turn over the hotel on-time and on budget in less than two months.
