Paramount Lodging Advisors Assists in the Sale of the Detroit Metro Airport Marriott
DETROIT, MI. Septeber 29, 2016 - Paramount Lodging Advisors (PLA) is pleased to announce the sale of the Detroit Metro Airport Marriott. PLA exclusively represented the seller in the transaction, with PLA Managing Directors Bennett Webster, Brent Clemens, and Adam Montufar leading the marketing efforts on the 249-room full-service hotel.
“Our team was pleased with the activity on the sale. The marketing process resulted in approximately 190 confidentiality agreements and nearly 20 offers,” noted Montufar.
