Hospitality Lodging Systems Added Properties, Brand in 2016
ATLANTA, GA. January 4, 2017 - Atlanta-based Hospitality Lodging Systems (HLS) grew 46% in 2016 with the addition of 5 Budgetel properties, an increase of 20%, and 2 Haven Hotel properties, an increase of 67%. The company also added a new brand in March of 2016 -- AmeriVu Inns & Suites -- which now operates 6 properties.
Budgetel, which the company began operating in November of 2014, now has 30 properties, while Haven Hotels, which was introduced in December of 2014, now has 5 properties.

According to Collins, HLS expects to achieve a growth rate of 50% in 2017, selling and opening about 20 properties through its three brands. Currently, 7 properties are under development and expected to begin operations during the first quarter of 2017 -- 4 as Budgetel, 2 as Haven Hotel, and 1 as AmeriVu.
