Greenfield Affiliate Sells Interest in First Indiana Plaza
JANUARY 16, 2008. An affiliate of Connecticut-based Greenfield Partners, L.L.C. announced today that it has sold its ownership interest in the joint venture that owns First Indiana Plaza, a 28-story, 425,000 square-foot office building located at the corner of Ohio and Pennsylvania in downtown Indianapolis. The interest in the joint venture was purchased by joint venture partner Crown Properties, Inc. of New York City. Crown Properties and Greenfield have owned the building jointly for the past six years.
