Interstate Hotels & Resorts Executes Three New Hotel Management Agreements Within Its Asia Investment Group
Interstate Hotels & Resorts - the leading global hotel management company - announces that its Asia Investment Group has executed three new hotel management agreements aggregating to 550 rooms including hotels under development or construction.
New to Interstate is the 217-room DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown Wilmington-Legal District, encompassing an impressive 24,000 square feet of hotel meeting and event space including one of Delaware's largest Grand Ballrooms. Located within one block of the Federal Courthouse and Delaware State Superior Courthouse, the property boasts two Legal War Rooms with 3,000 square feet of fully functional, turnkey law centers including private, secured entrances and dedicated internet circuits, ideal for legal teams preparing for litigation and court.
Slated to finish a complete renovation and reopen in spring 2018, the 131-room DoubleTree by Hilton in Pomona, CA is nestled in the San Jose hills, near Pomona Fairplex and California State Polytechnic University. The hotel will offer an outdoor saline pool with whirlpool spas, a 24-hour fitness center, meeting and event space with a 700-guest capacity, and VITA Italian Bar & Grill with modern Italian fusion and locally-sourced produce.
Anticipated to open in late 2019, the 202-room Residence Inn Rowland Heights, CA hotel project is part of a multi-use 130,000 square foot development with a commercial center featuring dining, retail and entertainment.
