The St. Anthony Hotel Welcomes Thomas Stone as Food and Beverage Director

The St. Anthony Hotel is pleased to welcome new Food and Beverage
Director, Thomas Stone. He will oversee all of the property's culinary
offerings including the soon-to-open Gallery on the Park restaurant, as
well as The St. Anthony Club, along with banquets and catering for
meetings and special events.

“Bringing Thomas Stone aboard to lead our culinary team is another
step forward as we continue to elevate the caliber of our culinary
experience,” said Mark Yanke, President and Managing Director of The St.
Anthony Hotel. “Just as we restored this historic property to its
former glory, we are also ensuring that our entire culinary experience
is on par with the esteemed elegance and reputation of the hotel
itself.”

Thomas Stone will work with the hotel's culinary team, including Executive Chef John Zaner, to curate new and memorable culinary experiences. Of continued importance, will be partnering with like-minded local farms, ranches and artisans as they create The St. Anthony Hotel's culinary platform.

Thomas Stone's distinctive career spans over a decade of delivering culinary excellence, most notably in relaunching restaurants and bars under new concepts to advance culinary reputations and offerings. He has overseen food and beverage programs for boutique hotels as well as luxury resorts in California and Hawaii, helping them to maximize revenues while exceeding expectations in service and the caliber of cuisine. He was the General Manager for the Four Seasons Resort Oahu's restaurant, Fish House; and Banquet Manager at the Pelican Resort in Newport Beach, California as well as General Manager for their signature restaurant, Andrea. He has also served in numerous roles such as Food & Beverage Assistant Manager, Assistant Banquet Manager, Assistant Room Service Manager; and Assistant Restaurant Manager at various Four Seasons properties.

Thomas Stone graduated from the Culinary Institute of America's esteemed Hyde Park campus and holds wine certifications through Wine & Spirits Education Trust and Master Court of Sommeliers.
