The famed Fontainebleau Miami Beach will be one of the first luxury properties to deploy a new cloud-based concierge solution developed by Nuvola, a comprehensive hotel optimization software company. The program will enhance guest services at the 1,504-room resort, allowing the concierge team to easily manage guest itineraries, reservations, room amenities, and other daily tasks in real-time.
