Noble House Hotels & Resorts Welcomes New Collection Member: Estancia La Jolla Hotel and Spa

Noble House Hotels & Resorts—the family-owned, boutique hotel brand—is pleased to welcome San Diego County-based Estancia La Jolla Hotel and Spa to its portfolio of unique, experience-driven properties. Leading real estate investment trust Pebblebrook Hotel Trust (NYSE: PEB), which owns the iconic coastal hotel, has tapped Noble House to manage the luxe property. This brings the total number of luxury hotels, resorts and experiences which includes the Napa Valley Wine Train, within the Noble House brand portfolio to 24 across North America.

Estancia, spanning ten acres, is located in the heart of the affluent coastal market of La Jolla, California and less than a mile from the University of California San Diego. Originally built in the 1880's as an equestrian estate, the property's distinct architecture and design pays homage to its rich history and the surrounding oceanside area. This beautiful hacienda style resort features 210 spacious guestrooms and suites, and over 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, surrounded by charming courtyards and verdant gardens ideal for leisure travelers, weddings, and corporate groups.

Ideal for any kind of outdoor event, Estancia offers four unique open-air venues in a beautiful Southern California setting ranging from intimate to grand in size and style.
