The 420 Hotels Launches Crowdfunding Round for The First Hotel With a Legally Licensed Lounge for Cannabis Consumption

USA, Denver, Colorado. March 15, 2023

The 420 Hotels Inc. is entering the next phase of opening Denver's first legally licensed cannabis consumption lounge in a boutique hotel by announcing the launch of an equity crowdfunding campaign and by filing their Form C with the SEC through StartEngine, an industry leading private investment platform for investors seeking high growth potential in highly vetted, early stage ventures. This campaign is now live, and according to the Form C, this is the first time a licensed cannabis business has launched a campaign on the StartEngine platform.

"Launching this campaign on StartEngine is a major step towards validating cannabis social use," said Chris Chiari, CEO and Founder of The 420 Hotels Inc., which owns the historic Patterson Inn. "We are pairing our four star award winning hotel with the most exciting and unique amenity in hospitality today."

The 420 Hotels Inc. is developing this first location by adding a well-appointed cannabis consumption lounge as an amenity to the adjacent Patterson Inn. Hotel guests and annual members will be able to legally smoke and vape cannabis flower and concentrate, and consume infused edibles in a safe, sophisticated and legal lounge environment. A distinguished National Landmark built in the 1890s, the Victorian-style boutique hotel is situated in the heart of Denver's upscale Capitol Hill neighborhood.

"Creating and licensing space for responsible cannabis consumption represents the final mile in legalization," Chiari continued. "In the years since Colorado legalized adult-use cannabis, social use was always left to be figured out later. I'm excited that The 420 Hotels is on the forefront of providing a solution today."

Guest Service: Exceeding Expectations

When guests check into a hotel, they have expectations of quality customer service. They expect to have their needs met in a professional manner, they desire a certain level of comfort, and possibly even made to feel a little special. This is important because satisfied guests are more likely to return and to become true brand ambassadors. But what if instead of merely meeting expectations, hotels created a culture of service that was intent on exceeding expectations in every conceivable way? What if frontline staff were trained and empowered to provide guest services that demonstrate a willingness to always go the extra mile in order to please their guests? This culture is exactly what some hotels are creating in their operations. From helpful, smiling, welcoming staff to the quality of  a room's comfort and conveniences. From discovering a guest's special needs and enthusiastically fulfilling them, to making some amenities free of charge and offering random upgrades. The April issue of the Hotel Business Review will explore what some hotels are doing to enhance and enrich their guest services.
