"Since the beginning of McNeill Hotel Company in 2014, I have worked with some very talented and visionary people. I was honored to be an integral part of the team at McNeill Investment Group, LLC and all of its predecessors, affiliates, and subsidiaries. I feel that we have completed the mandate that I was primarily brought inhouse to help accomplish which was to reorganize our hospitality corporate structure to poise us for the growth and expansion of the McNeill umbrella of companies and services," Harshbarger said.
"It is the right time for me to embark on a new chapter in my life, and I invite all fellow wanderers and kindred spirits to join the Sugaryvanlife community and follow my journeys on @Sugaryvanlife. As an investor, friend, and family member, I remain acutely interested in the success of McNeill, and I will continue to follow them closely."
"Sussan is an outstanding human being with exceptional experience and capabilities," said Ropko. "She has been instrumental in the growth and success of McNeill Hotel Company and McNeill Investment Company, working closely with Philip McNeill, Jr., Mark Ricketts, myself, and all of the other MIG executives," Ropko said.
"We wish her the best and ask her to stop by headquarters or any McNeill property as her van weaves its way across America and beyond. We're hoping she can serve as an advance scout as McNeill formalizes its participation in the exciting experiential lodging space. Sussan, we are not far behind you."
