Ensemble Hospitality Announces Two New Hires

Ensemble Has Fostered Partnerships With Global Hospitality Brands Including Hilton, Marriott and Hyatt With A Portfolio That Currently Consists of 14 Hotels Found in 12 Markets in Five States

Ensemble Hospitality today announced the appointment of Alison DeBorba and Olivia Hill, Corporate Hotel Marketing Managers, focusing on ecommerce and brand marketing respectively.

Based in Long Beach, Ensemble Hospitality, Ensemble's hotel management division, currently oversees a portfolio generating more than $200 million in annual revenue. With a dedicated team of over 1,000 hotel employees, they prioritize delivering exceptional service across nine managed and five third-party managed properties, ensuring memorable experiences for guests.

The new team members have been hired in the management division to strengthen its corporate marketing infrastructure as Ensemble Hospitality continues its growth:

Alison DeBorba, Corporate Hotel Marketing Manager

DeBorba will focus primarily on digital marketing and ecommerce for Ensemble's hotel portfolio. She has extensive experience including roles at Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif., Hotel Maya - a DoubleTree by Hilton in Long Beach, Calif., and DoubleTree Carson in Carson, Calif., properties, where she excelled as a Marketing and eCommerce Manager. DeBorba's innovative strategies and record of accomplishment in elevating brand presence and driving online engagement will be instrumental in Ensemble's continued success. She joins the team with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from Boston University.

Olivia Hill, Corporate Hotel Marketing Manager

Hill will focus on public relations, promotions, brand partnerships, and social media for Ensemble's hotel portfolio. Her previous contributions in marketing communications success of the 600-room Westin Anaheim Resort in Anaheim, Calif., and their multiple venues under Wincome Hospitality in Anaheim, Calif., highlight her dedication and expertise in the field. Ensemble is eager to leverage Hill's talents and looks forward to the innovative ideas and initiatives she offers to the organization. She brings with her a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
