Novotel Miami Brickell announces two appointments to its executive team - hospitality veteran Juan Quiroz as Director of Sales & Marketing and culinary talent Chef Yohsy Hernandez as Executive Chef.

With over two decades of experience, Juan Quiroz brings a proven track record of success across Marriott, Accor, Hilton, Starwood, and independent hotels throughout the United States, Caribbean, and South America. A recognized leader within Miami's hospitality community, Quiroz has consistently demonstrated his expertise in driving revenue growth, enhancing guest satisfaction, and crafting innovative marketing strategies.

Executive Chef Yohsy Hernandez, a Cuban-born culinary artist, brings more than 13 years of international gastronomic experience. Chef Yohsy's impressive background includes leadership roles with prestigious brands such as Melia, Sofitel, Hilton, and Marriott's Tribute Portfolio. A graduate of the Florida Educational Institute and certified by the American Culinary Federation, he specializes in French techniques infused with local ingredients, Mediterranean flavors, and vibrant Latin cuisine.
