Hampton to Sponsor Annual Black Family Reunion
AUGUST 27, 2007. Hampton, the national brand of more than 1,400 mid-priced Hampton Inn(R) and Hampton Inn & Suites(R) hotels, today has announced that for the second year in a row the hotel company has been named one of the official sponsors of the 22nd annual National Black Family Reunion Celebration presented by the National Council of Negro Women to be held at the National Mall in Washington, D.C. on September 8-9, 2007.

The annual Black Family Reunion Celebration (BFRC) is a two-day cultural event that is recognized as the largest, most significant family event in the nation, attracting more than 500,000 people each year. The two-day festival celebrates the enduring strengths and traditional values of the African-American family.
