iBAHN Promotes Executives

Lawrence A. Dustin and Gregory G. Hodges

SALT LAKE CITY, UT, June 25, 2007. iBAHN, the worldwide leading provider of secure wired and wireless broadband services for hoteliers and meeting organizers, today announced two senior executive promotions, effective immediately. Lawrence A. Dustin has been elevated to the position of vice chairman and Gregory G. Hodges has been promoted to president.

"These two executives, who have consistently proven themselves in their service to our customers, bring a tremendous amount of energy, commitment and talent to our company," said David W. Garrison, chief executive officer. "We are delighted to recognize their service with these promotions."

Dustin has served as president, North American Hotels Group at iBAHN since November 2005. Dustin has a long and successful career serving the hotel, meeting and travel industries. His extensive experience in the hospitality industry began with 14 years at Western International Hotels (now Westin), serving in roles that included general manager and development officer. His focus on technology spans more than 30 years and includes deep involvement in the initial launch of technology applications in Westin properties. More recently, he served for three years as the president of Mobil Travel Guide, and has deep experience in developing products and programs to provide measurable quality to the traveling public.

Hodges has served as chief operating officer since joining iBAHN in October 2003. His prior experience includes working with Humana, Inc., a Fortune 200 company, where he served as director of the Business and Markets consulting group. Prior to Humana, Hodges served as the COO for High Speed Access Corp., a publicly traded HSIA provider. As president, Hodges will report to iBAHN Chief Executive Officer, David W. Garrison.
