Ritz-Carlton Club Appoints Project DSM

ASPEN, CO, June 12, 2007. The Ritz-Carlton Club, Aspen Highlands is pleased to announce the appointment of Phil Pinto as project director of sales and marketing. Pinto most recently served as a membership executive at The Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences, San Francisco.

A graduate of the University of Nevada with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Pinto joined Marriott Vacation Club International in 2002 working as a sales manager at Marriott's Timber Lodge in South Lake Tahoe, Calif. Previously, Pinto lived in the Cayman Islands gaining experience in the fractional ownership segment.

Membership at The Ritz-Carlton Club, Aspen Highlands are sold in one-twelfth deeded interests, entitling access for a minimum of 28 days each year, as well as unlimited access on a space available basis. Memberships range from $170,000 to $550,000 per interest depending on season and residence type.
