("WHI") a Kansas City, MO based hotel real estate firm, announced today it advised in the sale of the 123 room Quarterage Hotel located in Kansas City, MO. The property was sold by The Quarterage at Westport, LP to Triple D Hospitality for an undisclosed amount.
The 4 story, interior-corridor hotel is centrally located in the Historic Westport Entertainment District, in the heart of the Midtown Kansas City lodging market.
