Ultimate Resorts Announces SVP, Marketing

Ultimate Resort, the second largest destination club in the industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Neal Rubin as Senior Vice President, Marketing. In his new role, Neal Rubin will oversee all marketing operations and brand management. "He will be instrumental in further developing the brand, especially with the substantial growth we've seen in recent months."

With 25 years experience in hospitality and resort real estate, Mr. Rubin has been involved in the development of several major hotel, resort, fractional real estate, private country club, and mixed use residential communities with some of the world's top hotel and residential real estate companies including Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Hilton and Carlson Hospitality.

Before joining Ultimate Resort, Mr. Rubin worked as Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Lowe Destination Development in Stowe, VT where he oversaw real estate sales and marketing for a $400 million master planned community, Spruce Peak at Stowe. Mr. Rubin has also served as Vice President, Global Marketing for the InterContinental Resort & Residences Orlando, Senior Vice President for the Four Seasons Ocean Residences, and Director of Sales at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club and Spa, Jupiter. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Brand Management for Sunterra Resorts in Las Vegas, Nevada where he directed brand management for more than 50 resorts in 15 countries. Rubin has also held the position of Vice President of Development for Carlson Hospitality in Minneapolis and Director of Development, Sales and Marketing for Hilton Grand Vacations Club in Las Vegas and has held various sales management positions with Marriott Vacation Club International. Mr. has provided management advisory services to hospitality and real estate developers throughout North America, Bahamas and Caribbean including Four Seasons, Amrit and Hyatt.

Mr. Rubin holds a Masters Degree from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration. Mr. Rubin holds the professional title of RRP (Registered Resort Professional) with the American Resort Development Association and is a frequent speaker at universities and real estate and hospitality industry conferences. He and his family live in Orlando, Florida.
