Wayport Launches Cybercenter Express Public Space PC for the Hospitality Industry
Wayport, Inc. introduces walk-up Internet access with the Wayport CyberCenter Express
AUSTIN, TX, September 27, 2005. Wayport, Inc. announced today the U.S. introduction of the Wayport CyberCenter Express, a public space PC solution. The CyberCenter Express offers hotel guests and retail customers a convenient way for customers to connect to the Internet in hotel lobbies and other public areas.
Wayport's CyberCenter Express offers walk-up high-speed Internet, access to various Microsoft applications and convenient payment options. Customers can easily access the CyberCenter Express services by swiping a Wayport prepaid card or a major credit card. The station provides card verification and acceptance online and the customer is immediately connected to the Internet and ready to use the service. Wayport's turnkey approach provides complete installation, 24/7/365 support and remote management and also proactively pushes patches, virus scan software and updates to the system for added security.

The CyberCenter Express solution has already been successfully installed in top hotels across Europe, complementing existing wired and wireless services at the properties.
