K Partners Announces Groundbreaking for Two Hotels in Mansfield, TX
MAY 1, 2008. San Antonio, Texas-based K Partners Hospitality Group, LP today announced groundbreakings for the newest additions to the company's portfolio, the Hampton Inn & Suites and Fairfield Inn & Suites in Mansfield, Texas. The announcement was made by K Partners Executive Vice President of Investments and Development Mark Crisci.
The 83-room Fairfield Inn & Suites and 88-room Hampton Inn & Suites will be located in the heart of Mansfield, situated ideally between Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas. The city of Mansfield features more than 240 acres of parkland, several golf courses, a beautiful downtown area and a multitude of recreational opportunities for visitors.
When complete, the Fairfield Inn & Suites will offer guests spacious guest rooms with comfortable beds, free high-speed internet access, fax and copy services, ergonomic work areas, and a complimentary "Early Eats" breakfast. In addition, the hotel will have an indoor pool and whirlpool, a boardroom and a fitness center.
The Hampton Inn & Suites will offer guests complimentary "On the House" hot breakfast, high-speed internet access in all rooms with wireless access in the lobby and all meeting rooms, 24 hour coffee in the lobby, and a complimentary in-room movie channel. The hotel will also feature an outdoor pool and spa, 1,500 square-feet of meeting space with a boardroom, and a fitness center.
