BEVERLY HILLS, CA, September 3, 2008. Hilton Garden Inn(R), one of the fastest growing brands that is part of the Hilton Family of Hotels, announced today the milestone opening of its 400th location, the Hilton Garden Inn Ottawa Airport in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The hotel represents the newest addition to the brand's growing portfolio of hotels throughout North America and Europe.

The Hilton Garden Inn Ottawa Airport is operated by Bona Building and Management, Ltd., under a license agreement with a subsidiary of Hilton Hotels Corporation.

"Our rapid expansion and the significance of the milestone location in Canada is indicative of developers increasingly seeking to build more Hilton Garden Inn locations across North America, Europe, Central America and Asia."

In July 2008, Hilton Garden Inn opened 10 hotels with locations in: Dallas/Richardson, Texas, Casper, Wyo., Louisville/Northeast, Ky., Riverhead, NY, Evansville, Ind., Detroit-Southfield, Mich., Sioux City Riverfront, Iowa, Mobile West, Ala., Granbury, Texas and Luton North, England, United Kingdom which represents 1,291 new rooms.

In August 2008, Hilton Garden Inn also opened 11 hotels-a record number of openings in one month for the brand-with locations in Palmdale, Calif., Tampa Airport/Westshore, Fla., Ottawa Airport, Ontario, Canada; Huntsville/South, Ala., Melville, NY, Toledo/Perrysburg, Ohio, Detroit/Novi, Mich., Montreal Centre-Ville, Montreal, Quebec, Canada; Clarksville, Tenn., Merrillville Ind., Denver Tech Center Plaza, Colo., and the brand's first hotel in Russia in the city of Perm - representing the addition of 1,794 rooms.

"Hilton Garden Inn will continue our expansion throughout North America with 25-30 new locations to open by the end of the year. We also will have new hotels opening in Europe including two additional locations in Italy, in Bologna San Lazzaro and Milan Milapensa and one in Costa Rica with the Hilton Garden Inn Liberia Airport - all scheduled to open by December of this year," according to Kurre.

The Hilton Garden Inn Ottawa Airport offers 167 guest rooms that feature the Garden Sleep System(R) bed which enables guests to adjust the firmness or softness of the bed; ergonomic Mirra(R) chair by Herman Miller; complimentary wired and Wi-Fi Internet access in guestrooms and public space; mobile printing to the hotel's complimentary 24-hour business center; full service restaurant serving freshly cooked-to-order breakfast and dinner; evening room service; the 24-hour Pavilion Pantry(R) convenience market featuring a variety of snack options, microwaveable meals, a selection of beverage options and sundries; a signature glass-walled pavilion housing the reception desk; a comfortable lounge area with a television and fireplace; twelve meeting rooms offering 7,152 square feet of flexible space and an on-site guest laundry facility.

Guest room accommodations and features include: the Garden Sleep System(R) bed; high definition flat screen television; clock that allows guests to play their portable CD or MP3 player; a "hospitality center" that features a mini fridge, microwave oven and coffee maker; a sitting area with an easy chair and ottoman; a hairdryer; and an iron and ironing board.

Business-oriented features of the guest rooms include: ergonomic Mirra(R) chair by Herman Miller; a spacious and clutter-free work desk; electrical outlets at desk height; adjustable lighting and two speaker telephones equipped with data ports and voice mail.
