LONG BEACH PENINSULA, WA, September 30, 2008. Wyndham Vacation Ownership is now welcoming guests to its newest seaside resort, WorldMark Long Beach. Nestled along the Washington coast on the Long Beach Peninsula, the 98-unit oceanfront resort offers owners breathtaking views of both the Pacific Ocean and the area's local beaches. The resort, the company's eighth property in the state and second on the Long Beach peninsula joining WorldMark Surfside Inn, will operate under the WorldMark by Wyndham resort portfolio of products.

'The Washington coastline with its miles of beaches and charming communities has long been a desirable vacation destination for many of our WorldMark owners. With the addition of WorldMark Long Beach, we have added another outstanding property in a classic coastal area our owners can enjoy for many years to come,' said Dave Herrick, senior vice president, Hospitality Division, WorldMark by Wyndham.

WorldMark Long Beach includes a variety of well-appointed studio, one-, two- and three- bedroom standard units as well as three-bedroom Presidential units. Each fully-furnished unit features a full kitchen, living room, dining area, built-in entertainment center, deck and fireplace. The luxurious Presidential units also include whirlpool tubs. In addition to the many in-unit amenities, owners and their guests can enjoy the oceanfront resort's outdoor pool, spa, wading pool, fitness center, business center, recreation room, arcade, barbeque grill area and retail shop.

When visiting WorldMark Long Beach, owners and their guests will experience a design and color palette that replicates the natural beauty of the Long Beach coastline. A variety of natural elements such as stone, hardwood flooring, glass accents, wood and sea shells are incorporated throughout the property, creating an inviting environment for owners to return to after a day of exploring the local area.

A popular vacation destination, Long Beach offers WorldMark owners the chance to experience a number of outdoor activities. The area's natural beauty, miles of beaches and wildlife viewing locations lend themselves well to such activities as beachcombing, hiking, clam digging and bird watching. Visitors can take in the views from the Long Beach Boardwalk or take a bike ride along the eight-mile Discovery Trail, which was built to commemorate the famed Lewis and Clark expedition. The region has a number of lighthouses, museums, restaurants, shops and historical sites for visitors to explore. Additionally, Long Beach is home to several festivals throughout the year including the renowned Washington State International Kite Festival held annually in August.

WorldMark Long Beach is the latest Pacific Northwest resort to join the Wyndham Vacation Ownership family. Following the WorldMark by Wyndham product model of providing outstanding resort destinations within a convenient driving distance from our owners' homes, WorldMark Long Beach marks the company's newest Washington resort joining WorldMark Birch Bay in Blaine, WorldMark Discovery Bay in Port Townsend, WorldMark Lake Chelan in Chelan, WorldMark Leavenworth in Leavenworth, WorldMark Mariner Village in Ocean Shores, WorldMark Seattle at The Camlin in Seattle, and WorldMark Surfside Inn in Ocean Park.
