RANDOLPH, NJ, October 11, 2005. Steven J. Belmonte, President and C.E.O. of Hospitality Solutions LLC, has named 20-year hospitality industry veteran Thomas Giuliano as Senior Vice President of the full-service consulting firm. Giuliano comes to Hospitality Solutions after having served as Director of Business Development for WorldHotels for the past four years. There, he was responsible for the negotiation and execution of all licensing agreements and hotel compliance for the Americas. Prior to joining WorldHotels, Giuliano was Director of Franchise Development for Cendant Corp., where he oversaw the entire sales process, from initial application to franchise-agreement negotiations to hotel integration. He began his career in 1984 with Prime Hospitality, where he was served in various management and executive positions.

"I'm thrilled that Tommy agreed to come aboard and contribute his two decades of contract-negotiating and dispute-resolution skills and experience to our clients," Belmonte said. "I've known Tommy for many years . . . he's a thorough professional and a guy who has the best interests of all parties at heart in negotiating agreements and resolving disputes."

Giuliano's duties at Hospitality Solutions will focus on negotiating franchise agreements and liquidated settlement claims and resolving disputes between franchisor and franchisee-areas in which Hospitality Solutions has become an acknowledged industry leader over the past few years.

"I'm excited about the opportunity to work for Hospitality Solutions and Steve Belmonte-he pioneered the kind of franchise-negotiating and dispute-resolution services that were needed in this industry for so long, and I'm happy to be part of what he's started," Giuliano said. "My goal with Hospitality Solutions is the same as Steve's-to work within the hotel community to negotiate the best, most equitable and fairest franchise agreements at both the front and back end of the process."
