CARLSBAD, CA, October 10, 2008. The Carlsbad Convention and Visitor's Bureau awarded 2008 Manager of the Year to Carl Holmes of West Inn & Suites. Now known amongst his peers as "Best in the West", Holmes is quite humbled by the experience.
