Milestone Hotel Named a "Best Hotel in the British Isles"
Cond'e Nast Traveler's 21st Annual Readers' Choice Awards
LONDON, UK, October 20, 2008. The readers of Cond'e Nast Traveler have named The Milestone as Best Hotel in the British Isles in the magazine's 21st Annual Readers' Choice Awards. The awards are derived from the Cond'e Nast Traveler Readers' Choice Survey, the largest independent poll of consumers' preferences. Over 32,000 readers voted this year.
The Milestone is part of the Red Carnation Hotels collection, which has luxury hotels in London, Dorset, Guernsey, Geneva, Palm Beach and South Africa.

In addition to a clutch of other awards, The Milestone was also named Best Hotel in the World for Service by readers of a Travel & Leisure in a poll conducted in June 2008
