MAUI, HI, November 10, 2008. Honua Kai Resort & Spa, Maui's newest luxury beach resort, is set to open January 2009 on Kaanapali's North Beach.
Developed by Maui Beach Resort Limited Partnership, a joint venture of Intrawest, Ledcor and J.P. Morgan, and managed by Intrawest Hospitality Management, Honua Kai Resort & Spa offers a uniquely contemporary Hawaiian experience. Honua Kai is the first new whole ownership condominium and townhome beachfront resort to come to Ka'anapali Beach, Maui in over 25 years.
