Hotel Equities, a best-in-class hospitality operator, announces the opening of the AC Hotel Wichita Downtown, part of the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio of brands. The new property joins HE's growing portfolio of lifestyle hotels. The highly anticipated property is located in Wichita's historic Old Town district, bringing a modern sensory experience to one of the city's most iconic buildings. The hotel is owned by Spartan Downtown, LLC and managed by Greenwood Hospitality, a strategic partner of Hotel Equities.
