Hodges Ward Elliott Brokers Sale of Holiday Inn Express

MARCH 24, 2009 - Hodges Ward Elliott's Focused Service Division is pleased to announce that they represented Innkeeper of Martinsville, Inc. as exclusive advisor in the sale of the Holiday Inn Express located in Martinsville, Virginia for an undisclosed price. The buyer is Philadelphia-based Martinsville Hospitality, LLC. The two-story, 70-room property located near the Martinsville International Raceway will undergo renovations and be repositioned to a Comfort Inn at the end of the year.
