New Extended-Stay Hotel is the First Marriott Property in Auburn
PORTSMOUTH, NH, April 8, 2009 - Ocean Properties, Ltd. opens its 11th hotel in Maine - its fourth Marriott and first in Auburn, on April 10th. The new 100-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Auburn is located at 670 Turner Street and will be managed by Ocean Properties under a Marriott franchise agreement.
