APRIL 14, 2009 - Legacy Properties Sotheby's International Realty ("Legacy Properties SIR") today announced the formation of Maine Inn Brokerage, a sales team dedicated exclusively to the buying and selling of Bed & Breakfast properties throughout the state of Maine.
Working out of the company's offices in Brunswick, Camden, Kennebunk and Portland, the team initially will be comprised of 3 brokers whose responsibility is to represent buyers and sellers as either buyer or seller agents exclusively in B&B transactions. The team will be led from the Portland office by Don Johnson, Senior Vice President, a veteran of over 25 years in the Inn/B&B industry in the state of Maine.
