Urban Chic Vista Club Comes to Orlando
ORLANDO, FL, November 15, 2006. Buena Vista Hospitality Group and New Boston Fund have partnered to develop Vista Club, a new, urban chic condo-hotel in Orlando. Set to open Fall 2007, the 246-unit condo-hotel will bring a unique modern atmosphere to travelers and residents in the Orlando theme park area.

Miami-based Urbanica Group is designing the architecture, interiors and common areas for the property, and is known for its modern, edgy designs in several luxury Miami developments such as Jade Ocean, Jade Beach, Artech and Mint.
Vista Club will feature four floor plans ranging from 330 square feet to 567 square feet with single room units competitively priced from $165,000 to $235,000. Fortune International will be the exclusive sales and marketing partner for the property, having represented and developed some of South Florida's most successful luxury residential projects, including several high-end condo-hotels.
