EL AL Introduces Sony PSP on Board
DECEMBER 16, 2005. The addition of the new Sony PSP is part of EL ALs continuing investment in technology and improving its flight entertainment offering. This new product will be trialed on 20 flights over the Christmas and New Year period to evaluate its popularity with passengers.
The PSPTM is a portable console made by Sony, offering an array of games and multimedia applications. The console also offers the ability to play networked multi player games with other Passengers sitting close by.
Approximately 15- 20 of the PlayStation devices will be available on each selected flight, and a representative of the distributor in Israel will be on board each of the flights to invite economy class passengers to try the PSP.
