United Exec Joins Chicago Convention and Tourism Bureau
CHICAGO, IL, January 6, 2006. Jeff Foland, vice president-North American Sales for United Airlines, has been appointed to the Executive Committee of the Chicago Convention and Tourism Bureau's Board of Directors, effective February 2006.
The appointment covers a one-year term. In his role on the board, Foland will help guide the overall mission and direction of the Bureau in promoting Chicago as a premier visitor destination.
"The Chicago Convention and Tourism Bureau shares United's interest in bringing people to the city of Chicago," Foland said.
