Ocean Waters Acquires Two More Properties
DAYTONA BEACH, FL, January 19, 2006. Ocean Waters has acquired the 143-room Sea Garden Inn and the 52-room Royal Beach Motel in separate deals as the hospitality and development firm continues to broaden its guest offerings. Ocean Waters owns more than two dozen hotels and manages more than 2,700 hotel rooms along the Atlantic in northeast Florida.
The Sea Garden Inn, located at 3161 S. Atlantic Ave. in Daytona Beach Shores, is a nine-story, 143-room hotel with ocean and beach views. It features an indoor and outdoor pool, as well as a seasonal poolside bar and grill.
The 52-room Royal Beach Motel, located at 1601 S. Atlantic Ave., features an Olympic-size swimming pool and oceanfront sundeck. Each guestroom includes a refrigerator and cable television with HBO.
