Headington-Gatehouse Partnership Creating Kimpton-Operated, Dallas Boutique Hotel
DALLAS, TX, January 20, 2006. Joule, a future, high fashion, boutique hotel, is now under construction here at 1530 Main St. A partnership between the Headington Cos. and Gatehouse Capital Corp. is developing the hotel out of what was formerly the historic Dallas National Bank building.
The 120-key asset is designed by Adam Tihany and will include a signature restaurant headed by a high-profile chef, a club, a rooftop pool and grill and a 1,000-sf fitness center.
Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants will operate the hotel, which is scheduled to open in 2007.
