Homewood Suites Opens Second Property in Salt Lake City
MEMPHIS, TN, February 03, 2006. Homewood Suites by Hilton has opened the 124-suite Homewood Suites by Hilton in downtown Salt Lake City, UT.
The property, owned by Rio Grande Development, LLC and managed by Northwest Hospitality Group, is the brand's second hotel in Salt Lake City. Homewood Suites by Hilton Salt Lake City Downtown also is the brand's first property to feature two restaurants and six retail spaces on site.
Located at 423 W. 300 South, Homewood Suites by Hilton Salt Lake City Downtown is close to amusement parks, shopping districts, world-famous skiing and the convention center. The third-floor swimming pool offers guests a view overlooking the city. The hotel also features underground parking.
