Boutique Veteran Marx Launches Lifestyle Concept
NEW YORK, NY, February 06, 2006. - With much experience in marketing "boutique/lifestyle" hotels, Steven Marx has launched Lifestyle Hospitality, LLC.
Marx has enjoyed a extensive management career spearheading the development of multi-million dollar hotel operations including, he says, Kimpton Hotels, W Hotels Worldwide and Loews Hotels. Partnering with Gary Henkin, an accomplished spa/leisure industry leader, Marx strives to define a new category of lodging in the travel market.
Marx was also instrumental in launching the Monaco hotel brand for Kimpton, which is regarded by many in the industry as the defining four-diamond lifestyle hotel concept.
With new goals in mind, Marx moved on to be an instrumental force in launching the newest national lifestyle brand, James Hotels, with noted restaurateur Steve Hanson.
